Third City Roastery Research Proposal

For this project, my team was paired with the start-up coffee company Third City Roasters. Our client expressed a desire to reach Millennial consumers. Through our research, my team learned the buying behaviors and preferences of the Pennsylvania Millennial population and created primary research materials the company could use to better evaluate their customers. We created a survey and focus group for them based on validated scales.

For this project, I was specifically responsible for looking through our secondary research materials and wrote up our literature review, which can be viewed to the left along with the presentation slides and focus group script.
